Physiotherapist

Sarah graduated from St. George’s University of London with a first class degree in Physiotherapy. Prior to this she worked in the fitness industry for many years, specialising in injury prevention and strength and conditioning. She has worked with rowers, runners and sports teams, helping them to adapt their training around injuries and reducing their time out from sport.
Sarah is also a Crossfit coach and enjoys competing in Crossfit, running and cycling events. Her own passion for strength and conditioning is reflected in her treatment approach for both preventative and restorative rehabilitation. She believes that finding a type of exercise that you enjoy is the key to staying healthy and happy. Sarah recognises that every patient’s relationship with exercise is individual. She places value on exploring what is most important to her patients and adapting their management to get them back to doing what they love.
Alongside her private work, she works for the NHS at St. George’s Hospital, where she has gained a wide array of experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions, and works closely with trauma and orthopaedics, women’s health, rheumatology and pain management.
Sarah holds her Cert IV personal training, Crossfit Level 1, Sports Massage Level III, and is soon to begin her masters in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
