My experience with Pheonix has been great. I started with Osteo treatment as I work an office job and have pre existing niggles from rugby. George did a full MOT and really sorted me out. I like the hands on approach Osteo's take compared to physios. I also tried reformer pilates with Amy, which was slightly out of my comfort zone, but has been amazing for my mobility and has taught me how to relax and let go of tension. Professional and extremely effective diagnosis and treatment for a very painful hip after a fall.
