Kaya holds a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy and a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Rehabilitation from the University of Nottingham. During her time in Nottingham, Kaya gained valuable experience working with high-level and amateur athletes in both clinical settings and at dynamic sporting events. Her passion for sports injury management extends to her role as a Soigneur for a UCI ProTour cycling team, where she travels to races, supporting riders with their nutrition, recovery, and injury management.

Studying osteopathy has allowed Kaya to develop her expertise, employing an integrated osteopathic approach enriched by her background in sports and exercise rehabilitation. She utilises a variety of modalities, including manual therapy, soft tissue massage, athletic taping, and exercise prescription, to address each patient’s unique needs.

Kaya believes that effective injury management requires a personalised treatment plan tailored to the individual. By combining her diverse skill set with lifestyle and activity advice, Kaya empowers her patients to take an active role in their health and well-being. Whether you are an athlete seeking to optimise performance and recovery or someone dealing with everyday aches and pains, Kaya is dedicated to helping you achieve your health goals.
