What to expect from our AXA Recognised Osteopaths.
You can booked your AXA Health, AXA PPP, AXA international initial appointment on the phone or online.
In order to process your claim smoothly, we will need some information. Full Name, Address, Date of Birth, Membership number, authorisation number, any excess to pay, and number of authorised sessions.
Initial Appointments are 45 minutes long, follow ups are 30 minutes. We can only process one appointment per day. We can schedule multiple appointments per week if required, but may typically need 1-2 per week.
In our initial appointment, we will run through a full case history, assessment and treatment. You will also get some rehab/ stretches / exercises home work to do in between sessions.
