Covid-19 Policy

Update: 

We are returning to pre-pandemic infection control around PPE. This means that masks with no longer be worn as standard. We are mindful and respectful of those who may still wish to wear a mask. For any patients that are vulnerable or would prefer that we wear a mask, we will do so, please ask.

We are unable to offer appointments to those in high risk categories who have been advised to shield. 

Following government guidance, we will be undertaking safety measures to keep both us and our patients safe, and reduce risk of Covid-19.

Covid-19 Protocol: 

What we need you to do for us, 

• Please bring a face-mask, or the clinic can provide one for £1
• Please use the hand sanitiser available
• We will invite you to wash your hands when in the clinic room
• Card or online payments only.
• Please wear suitable treatment attire, all soft furnishing, couch cover  have been removed.
• Avoid bringing unnecessary bags
• Please come alone, unless you specifically require a chaperone
• Please come on time, not early to avoid cross over contact with other patients.

 Do NOT attend your appointment if you have, FEVER, COUGH, LOSS OF SMELL/ TASTE. (please let us know).

             What we will do for you. 

• We will be wiping down all contact surfaces between appointments. 
• Allowing 15 mins gap between appointments to allow the room to air, time for cleaning, and avoiding any necessary contact between patients. 
• We will wear a face-mask and disposable apron during our consultation. 
• We too, will use the hand sanitiser and will be washing hands frequently. 
• We will stay home if we feel unwell, or experience any Covid-19 symptoms.
